I muscoli non fanno male solo se si stirano o si strappano, può esserci un nostro movimento sbagliato, uno sforzo, un colpo di freddo o "semplicemente" la nostra tensione o nervosismo che li fà irrigidire, l'afflusso di sangue diminuisce e i tessuti ne soffrono e provocano dolore. Ne sò qualcosa purtroppo...  un crampo che dura due settimane...?
